Wern Mill Campsite If Carlsberg did campsites, this would be the one! Just a short walk to not one, but two beautiful beaches, and only a gentle stroll or quick lift to New Quay. The site offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you may arrive as strangers but leave as family. On-site hospitality is open during the main weekends, with guests often relaxing under cover, chatting about all sorts of things, or enjoying a friendly game of bingo. Facilities: Dogs are more than welcome, with a dedicated dog wash facility to keep your furry friends fresh after a beach adventure. For humans, there are clean and tidy showers and toilets, including a disabled WC/shower room, all inspected regularly throughout the day. A small shop is available with a handy selection of essentials. A small play area is provided for younger children to enjoy. Storage facilities are available so you can safely store your caravan when needed. On-site Wi-Fi keeps you connected with everything you need. Our Experience: We spent Christmas and New Year here, and it was chilled and relaxing with our dogs. From local places to stroll around to the stunning coastal path, there is plenty to explore. Watching the dogs chase each other up and down the beach was pure joy. This is a campsite that truly combines convenience, friendliness, and a sense of community – and now you know why it is celebrated! You may arrive as strangers, but you leave as family. What a welcoming and amazing location. The plots are spacious and well maintained, the owners are friendly, helpful and make for an even better stay. The shower block is warm, clean and well maintained, excellent facilities. There is even a shop with nice coffee and every essential (note your dogs may find the dog treats!). The beach is a short walk (10 min) and is beautiful. In the summer there is even the promise of a small bar so we will be back! Thoroughly recommend.

Would highly recommend!! As first time campers we were welcomed like family and made to feel at ease when my awning measurements were not quite accurate… I was moved to a larger pitch with no hesitation as it was an empty pitch. Regular chats with the owner sharing his knowledge of the area was a pleasant surprise (coming from Birmingham where people don’t even say hello) Loved: Welcoming team, the kids park, clean tidy and very well maintained, good little shop, great clean showers, loved the dog wash, clean tidy toilets, great pitch layouts.
